  • Local Delivery (within Kampala): Competitive flat rates are applied based on distance from our store.
  • Regional Delivery (outside Kampala): Rates vary depending on location and weight of the shipment. Additional charges may apply for long distances.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location but are generally between 2-5 business days within Uganda.
  • You will receive a confirmation and tracking number (where applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

Large Orders & Special Arrangements

Damaged or Lost Items

We take care to package all products securely, but if any items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues and offer a replacement or refund where necessary.

International Shipping
